There's not much to put in a bio, because Skye doesn't know it herself. Growing up in the foster system, with no record of how she got there, Skye learned to crack information systems just so she could find out where she came from.
It's not why she joined the hacktivist collective The Rising Tide. That's just her day job.
Skye is baseline human. No special powers except her winning smile and way with the keyboard.
